CYPRESS FOREST
Cypress Forest is a 368 acre master planned, mixed use residential and commercial development located on Interstate 45 and Cypresswood Drive in north Harris County. Started in the 1980's, Cypress Forest contains many sub projects. Ultimately, Cypress Forest will contain 630 homes and 80 acres of commercial development. The original development phase of Cypress Forest produced 196 residential lots and 195 homes. Homes in that phase are valued from $150,000 to $300,000 and were built by Ryland Homes, Powers Hill Homes, Ashton Woods Homes and individual custom builders.

CYPRESS FOREST LAKES
Cypress Forest Lakes is a private residential development adjacent to three lakes, surrounded by a park/picnic area, nature trails meandering around the lakes and the Forest Oaks Swim and Racket Club. Forest Oaks Swim and Racket Club has 8 lighted tennis courts, an Olympic size swimming pool and a meeting facility all serving all Cypress Forest Communities. Cypress Forest Lakes opened in 2006 and contains 73 lots, of which 31 have been sold. Dunn & Stone Builders is constructing new homes in Cypress Forest Lakes from $250,000 to $400,000.
