Gary B. King serves as Development Coordinator for Hendricks Interests LLC. He has worked with the Hendricks since 1984. Mr. King previously was employed by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and several private civil engineering firms, including Langford Engineering. Mr. King is a native of Fulshear, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, and has extensive experience in all phases of civil engineering and land development. Mr. King coordinates all phases of the development process, from initial land planning and engineering through final construction. He interfaces with local regulatory agencies concerning environmental and other land development issues.
