ABOUT HENDRICKS INTERESTS LLC
Hendricks Interests LLC and affiliated partnerships have been involved in real estate projects in the Greater Houston area since 1970. During that period, Randal and Alan Hendricks, as principals, have purchased, sold, developed and managed over 80 real estate projects. Hendricks Interests' affiliated partnerships have owned over 5000 acres in the Greater Houston area, including both developed and undeveloped properties. Presently, Hendricks Interets' affiliated partnerships own over 1500 acres, including both developed and undeveloped properties.

Outlined below is a summary of some of the Hendricks Interests development projects:
 
ALBURY TRAILS ESTATES
Albury Trails Estates is a 170 acre residential development in northwest Harris County, near the intersection of Huffsmith Kohrville Road and Spell Road. Albury Trails Estates is adjacent to Albury Manor Estates, but is a traditional public development. Located within the highly acclaimed Klein Independent School District, Albury Trails Estates will contain 412 homes upon completion. Albury Trails Estates opened in 2007 and has sold out Sections One, Two and Three. Home building is proceeding in Section Four. Harrisburg Homes and Dunn & Stone Builders are constructing new homes in Albury Trails from $250,000 to $425,000.
 
MOSTYN MANOR RESERVE
Mostyn Manor Reserve is a 195 acre residential development located 1/2 mile north of FM 1488 on Community Road, near SH 149 in Montgomery County. Mostyn Manor Reserve will contain approximately 315 homes upon completion. Homebuilding is complete in Phase One and Phase Two will open in the fall of 2018. Dunn & Stone and Harrisburg Homes are building home in Mostyn Manor Reserve valued from $325,000 to $525,000.
 
CYPRESS PRESERVE PARK
Cypress Preserve Park features 1400 feet of frontage on the northbound frontage road of Interstate 45 and approximately 950 foot of frontage on FM1960. Developed Commercial Reserves and Pad Sites from 1 acre to 64 acres are available. Gillman Services purchased two sites to expand their automobile dealership. Other sales include Valero Energy/Country Stores and Echo Park. Davis Commercial Group is expected to develop a 34 acre site for an office warehouse complex.
 
CYPRESS FOREST BUSINESS CENTER
A 32,000 s.f. campus style office complex within Cypress Forest, which serves as headquarters for Hendricks Interests LLC and Hendricks Sports Management LP. Numerous professional tenants also lease office space.
